CommonWealth commits capital as a limited partner to a very select group of fund managers. By investing in their funds, we build long-term relationships with managers whose strategies, values, and track records align with our own.

Our LP commitments are concentrated in Benelux, with a preference for managers we know well and have often worked with across our other investment activities. This familiarity allows us to make informed commitments and to be a constructive, engaged LP: one that understands the realities of managing a fund and building a portfolio.

For the managers we back, CommonWealth is more than a source of capital. We bring a network of entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry contacts that can support their portfolio companies. And because we invest across multiple strategies ourselves, we understand the challenges and opportunities fund managers face at every stage.
