CommonWealth selectively co-invests alongside trusted fund managers on a deal-by-deal basis. Rather than committing blind capital to a fund, we evaluate each opportunity on its own merits and invest directly in individual transactions alongside our partners.

This approach allows us to be deliberate. We choose the situations where our capital, experience, and network add the most value, and where the risk-return profile meets our standards. For our partners, it means access to a reliable, knowledgeable co-investor who can move quickly and engage constructively throughout the life of an investment.

Over the years, we have built long-standing relationships with a select group of general partners. These are partnerships based on mutual respect, aligned incentives, and a shared commitment to supporting the management teams and companies we invest in together. Our co-investment activity is concentrated in the Dutch lower and mid-market, where we know the landscape and can be a genuinely valuable partner at the table.
